To help McKesson reenergize their conference and their customers by creating more engagement opportunities. By providing a high-level, organized, professional production team, Willwork met with the McKesson planning teams to develop ideas and different opportunities to engage their customers pre-event and onsite.
By utilizing Willwork’ s technology solutions, McKesson ideaShare is continuing to lift the level of expectations for its attendees. The mobile app was enhanced with an additional online assessment feature that made session attendance recommendations for customers and allowed them to make appointments onsite with exhibitors and McKesson staff. Additionally, data management was upgraded to include a sales portal so each sales rep could view their customers’ schedules and appointments while onsite. This allowed the sales team to support their customers better than in previous years.
