Events Program Manager

 

Location: Las Vegas, NV. Orlando, FL. Easton, MA (On-site)
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Willwork is seeking an experienced Events Program Manager to lead and coordinate newly contracted projects from handoff through final delivery and installation. This role sits at the intersection of project management, operations, logistics, and client service, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing complex projects with many moving parts. This position works closely with nearly every department within the organization and plays a critical role in ensuring events are executed smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events including conferences, corporate meetings, and large-scale activations

  • Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget parameters

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the lifecycle of each project

  • Communicate plans clearly across internal teams and proactively flag schedule or scope changes

  • Manage and supervise event staff, labor crews, vendors, and contractors on-site

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges quickly and professionally

  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to planning and execution

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to assess success and identify improvements

  • Participate in vendor selection, assignment, and reconciliation efforts

  • Address client concerns and site challenges, communicating field quality issues to Operations and following through on resolutions

  • Travel as required to support events nationwide

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management

  • Experience working with a large general contractor or specialty subcontractor/supplier in a program management capacity

  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software

  • Solid analytical and computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 

Production Designer

Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 am–5:00 pm (some flexibility required)

About the Role:

Willwork is looking for a detail-driven Production Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity meets logistics. This role supports exhibit and general contracting projects by translating creative concepts into accurate, production-ready materials.

 

You’ll work closely with design, production, vendors, and clients to ensure every detail is accounted for, every file is accurate, and every deadline is met. If you’re someone who loves precision, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life both on paper and on-site, this role is for you.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, prepare, and proof print materials for exhibits and general contracting projects

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure specifications and requirements are met

  • Manage project timelines using digital project management tools

  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to support production needs

  • Represent Willwork during site visits, meetings, and project reviews as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of print production experience

  • Strong background in print production, layout, and file preparation

  • Solid communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines

  • Collaborative, solutions-first mindset

 

HR Assistant

Location: South Easton, MA (On-site)
Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Willwork is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations at our Southeaston headquarters. This role plays a key part in keeping HR processes running smoothly, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, training, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information while juggling multiple priorities. This position works closely with HR leadership and supports employees across the organization, ensuring policies, programs, and systems are administered accurately and consistently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information

  • Conduct internal audits and support compliance initiatives

  • Schedule and coordinate HR-related activities and training sessions

  • Provide administrative support across HR functions

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and educating employees on HR policies

Benefits Administration

  • Assist with managing the benefits platform, ensuring accurate enrollments, changes, and terminations

  • Maintain relationships with benefit carriers and third-party administrators

  • Coordinate annual Open Enrollment and review enrollment accuracy

  • Update payroll profiles related to benefit changes

  • Audit monthly benefit invoices and submit to accounting for allocation or payment

  • Track and resolve missed payroll deductions

Workers’ Compensation

  • Support the administration of the workers’ compensation program in compliance with insurance and legal requirements

  • Monitor claims and communicate with third-party administrators

  • Attend bi-annual risk control meetings

Payroll Support

  • Stay current on federal and state payroll-related regulations

  • Assist the Payroll Manager as needed

  • Conduct internal payroll audits

  • Support ACA compliance, including auditing data and preparing 1095-C documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including union payroll

  • Prior experience with compensation and benefits administration required

  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required

  • Broad knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

 

 

Class A CDL Driver

Location: Orlando, FL (Central Florida area)
Type: Full-Time

  • Represent Willwork professionally at job sites and facilities

 

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Minimum of 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 36 months

  • Acceptable driving and accident record

  • No more than two moving violations within the last 36 months

  • Ability to pass DOT drug screening, physical examination, and criminal background check
